I've got another episode, if you will, of brotherhood of the bow tie and this time I'm featuring New Blak by Eddie Robinson. I first got hip to Eddie's work via Instagram, so I contacted him and told him how amazing I thought his work was and he sent me a few pieces to check out up close and personal. When I opened the box, the first thing after the great presentation was the amazing detail on the bow ties. There are elements of metal and metallic thread in the bow ties and you'd never know because they're expertly meshed with the luxe and unique materials used for the bow ties themselves. I was priviledged to receive the Mister Dior and Joseph bow ties and I've worn the Joseph already...check me out below
Fashion Citizen in New Blak "Joseph" Bow Tie
I wore the "Joseph" to church and it was pretty well received and it was comfortable to wear as it's a pre-tied bow tie. Eddie's designs are bold and daring, definitely not for the man unsure of himself or wanting to shrink into the background. The other great thing about Eddie's designs besides the amazing detail and high quality are that they can be worn by women or men, so ladies this doesn't leave you out.
